Corona Virus don't attack severely those persons who have strong immune system. To make our immune system stronger, we should d and eat all kinds of foods item on the different days and different times through setting a good menu on daily basis. Besides this we should keep in mind and bring in practice in routine some of the following basic precautionary measures to counter the Corona Virus (COVID-19):.
1. We Should wash our hands frequently till minimum 20 seconds by sanitizer, soap or whatever deemed appropriate.
2. We should drink water or juices after rotation of every 1 and 1/2 hour.
3. We should sleep more than 8 hours daily.
4. We should avoid fast foods.
5. We should Eat Pulses, drink milk or yogurt.
6. We should eat all types of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish and mutton meat and every food item which easily be available and affordable.
7. We should drink coffee, tea and black tea on regular basis.
8. Most important we should inhale steam of boiled water for 10 minuets minimum thrice in a day.
9. We should not use Brufen Syrup in case of fever because it can cause to weaken the immune system.
10. The Most important, that we should always keep praying to Allah Almighty for the forgiveness of our sins regularly.
11. We should stay at home in self isolation, in this practice Corona Virus COVID-19 could not succeed to continue its chain of disaster.
By Practicing all above measures we will In Shaa Allah defeat the Corona Virus (COVID-19) and our life will Smile again.
